About the Company
Trezor makes hardware wallets that keep private keys offline, a category its website says it has served since 2013, when it introduced the Model One. The current lineup includes Trezor Safe 7, Safe 5 and Safe 3, each also sold in a Bitcoin-only edition, plus Trezor Keep Metal backup plates in Single Share, Multi Share and 24-Word versions.
Every transaction is reviewed on the device screen before signing, and the code and designs are open source. Safe 7 is described as quantum-ready and Tropic01 as an auditable Secure Element. The Trezor Suite app for desktop and mobile handles buying, swapping, staking and portfolio tracking, while WalletConnect gives access to more than 70,000 dApps (self-reported). Support extends to thousands of coins and tokens across Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Base and Arbitrum One.
