Plug Wallet

Plug is a browser and mobile crypto wallet and identity and authentication provider for the Internet Computer. According to its documentation, it is built by Funded Labs and lets users manage assets such as cycles, ICP, tokens and NFTs under a single Principal ID.

For users, Plug offers one-click login to Internet Computer apps from the browser, with mobile support planned, and a local address book for saving contacts by name. For developers, apps can authenticate users and read balances with only a Principal ID, and can trigger transfers or transaction requests to the user's wallet. The documentation includes guides for getting started, connecting apps, mobile authentication, using the agent and actor, and handling balances and transactions.

The documentation lists example apps including Buy me a Coffee, Plugged, NNS Stats and Coinflip. Plug's code is spread across four GitHub repositories: the extension, controller, inpage provider and mobile app. Since version 0.2.1 it uses the SECP256K1 curve instead of Ed25519, which changes the Principal ID derived from a seed phrase.
