About the Company
Edge is a mobile and web wallet that holds many assets under a single username and password. Keys are encrypted on the device, backups are automatic and encrypted, and logins use a PIN or biometrics. A Duress Mode opens a decoy account under a separate PIN. Supported assets include Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, Monero, Solana, Dogecoin, Litecoin, Polkadot, Sui, Algorand, Avalanche, Stellar and Zcash.
Users can buy and sell with fiat and swap between assets inside the app, and spend crypto on mobile top-ups and gift cards through partners such as Bitrefill, MoonPay and Banxa. Developers can embed Edge's Security API and SDK, which the company says needs about eight lines of code. A white paper and privacy manifesto are linked from the site.
