ECOIN Wallet

ECOIN Wallet is a non-custodial crypto wallet for Android, built by the Ecoin Finance project around its BEP-20 ECOIN token on BNB Chain. It stores, sends, receives, swaps and trades crypto and NFTs across nine blockchains, and it is distributed through Google Play and as an APK from GitHub.

The wallet keeps keys on the user's device. According to its website, wallets are generated offline with 24-word seed phrases, and on supported phones it uses the device's Secure Element chip for hardware-level protection. An optional Armored Wallet mode adds a passphrase as an extra word to the seed phrase, which creates a separate wallet. The app is free and ad-free, with only normal blockchain network fees applying, and its interface follows Samsung's One UI 8 design language in light and dark modes.

Ecoin Finance describes ECOIN as a decentralized, deflationary BEP-20 token with a maximum supply of 1,000,000,000 and an 18-decimal contract. Its site says buys and transfers are fee-free, while sells carry a 3% liquidity fee, 2% holder reflections and a 1% burn. The project also offers custom wallet experiences for partner tokens or networks, and its roadmap lists a hardware wallet, an iOS app, an EcoinSwap DEX and a debit card as pending items.

Per its own pages, Ecoin Finance was founded on May 15, 2021 by developer Ronaldo Guedes, who serves as CEO, with a mission of making cryptocurrency easy to use as a payment method at businesses. The site reports a smart contract audit by CertiK and lists Google Play version 1.8.6 with a 4.8 rating (self-reported).
