About the Company
CoolWallet makes hardware crypto wallets and a companion self-custodial app, and says it has focused on wallets since 2014. The range includes CoolWallet Go, an NFC model that needs no battery, the credit-card-sized CoolWallet Pro, and CoolWallet S for long-term storage. Supported assets include Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Kaspa, Dogecoin, Toncoin and EVM-chain tokens.
Private keys are generated inside the device's secure element and are not transmitted over Bluetooth, the company states. The app adds a Web3 browser, WalletConnect, swaps, crypto purchases and staking. Listed prices are $69 for Go, $149 for Pro and $199 for a Pro and Go bundle. CoolWallet reports over 300,000 users and zero hacking incidents (self-reported), and operates a store in Taiwan.
