BitPay Wallet is a self-custody crypto app from BitPay. Each 12-word recovery phrase is created and stored on the user's device, and BitPay states it does not hold wallet keys or access funds. The app covers Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Solana and thousands of other tokens across major blockchains and layer 2 networks.
Users can send and receive crypto, buy, swap within the wallet and sell to a bank or PayPal account. Crypto balances can also pay for gift cards and peer-to-peer transfers. No email signup is required.
