Bitcoin Magazine

Bitcoin Magazine is a media company that covers Bitcoin exclusively, describing itself as the first publication dedicated entirely to it. Co-founded by Mihai Alisie and Vitalik Buterin, it published its first issue in May 2012 and now runs a news site, video shows, print magazines, books and a conference.

Its stated mission is to provide analysis, research, education and thought leadership at the intersection of finance and technology. The magazine later partnered with Orlando-based Coin Publishing LLC to produce 22 issues, and BTC Media acquired it in late 2014. Today it is owned by BTC Media, LLC, the publishing arm of BTC Inc., a subsidiary of Nakamoto Inc. (NASDAQ: NAKA).
