About the Company
Bitcoin Ai Startup Lab is a pre-accelerator for idea-stage founders building in Bitcoin, Web3 and AI. Founded by Albert Liang, its 12-week program takes founders from a raw idea to an investment-ready startup, building one core component each week.
The weekly structure covers co-founders, traction, product and pitch. Founders without a team are matched with co-founders through practical challenges that test compatibility. Participants gain access to a community that the lab says includes more than 400 investors. The program charges no upfront fees; instead it takes equity or tokens, so payment depends on founders succeeding. According to its website, it has run 27 cohorts, six of them Bitcoin-focused, with hundreds of founders.
- Sectors: Bitcoin and Web3, AI, DeAI, L1, L2, Ordinals, ZKP, RWA, FHE and DeFi
- Program length: 12 weeks with a weekly deliverable
- Co-founder matching: challenge-based pairing
- Investor access: introductions to a community of 400+ investors
- Pricing: equity or token model with no upfront fee
Past mentors named on the site include Charlie Lee (creator of Litecoin), Casey Rodamor (creator of Ordinals and Runes), Bobby Lee (BTCC), Jason Lau (CIO of OKX), Tyler Evans and Cassie Clifton (UTXO Fund), Maxime Bucaille (Draper Associates), Simon Chamorro (Alliance DAO), Jason Fang (Sora Ventures), Sophie Kim (BTCON) and Lauren Selig (Shake and Bake).
The lab reports that graduates have joined Alliance DAO and Bitcoin Frontier Fund, and lists success cases of founders who raised $4 million, $1.3 million, $1.5 million and $7 million. It also names founders of Liquidium, Bitflow, Bison Labs and Arch Network among alumni (self-reported).
