About the Company

BC Vault is a hardware crypto wallet that does away with seed phrases. Private keys are held in ferroelectric (FRAM) memory and backed up as encrypted data, and each wallet is independent instead of being derived from one master phrase. Access is protected by a device PIN plus a per-wallet PIN or password, and companion apps work only while connected.

The company says it designs and produces its devices in-house. Models include BC Vault ONE and ONE Shadow, aluminium Gunmetal and Quicksilver editions, a Special Gold Edition and engraved custom versions, all with identical features and differing only in housing. The site claims support for millions of coins and tokens, NFT handling and WalletConnect access to dApps such as Uniswap and OpenSea.
