Arca is a mobile app for iOS and Android that works as a dollar wallet built on stablecoins. Users hold USDC and USDT on supported networks, add funds from a bank, card or mobile money depending on the provider, and send dollars that its website says arrive in seconds. Sign-up takes roughly half a minute and no bank account is needed.
The wallet is non-custodial: users keep their own keys and can export the account to other compatible apps, with recovery tied to a Google, Apple or email sign-in. Arca Savings lets balances earn with no lock-up period, and the site lists a 0.5% send fee, which it contrasts with bank wire charges.
