About the Company

Zoth describes itself as a full-stack stablecoin neobank for the Global South and the agentic economy. Its products cover on-chain yield vaults, cross-border payments across more than 170 countries, fund tokenization and AI-assisted corporate finance, with the company headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

The offering is organized around an ecosystem it calls Zoctopus, a rewards and product framework with seven arms: Yield, Cards, Payments, Liquidity, Compliance, Security and Agentic Finance. Users can earn on stablecoin balances, send money across borders, or launch investment vehicles on-chain.

  • zVaults (Earn): yield vaults offering curated real-world asset and DeFi strategies, with no lock-ins or minimums, built on ERC-4626
  • zPayments (Send): collections, payouts and transfers with settlement across 80+ bank partners, smart routing, and built-in KYB, sanctions screening and Travel Rule checks
  • Tokenize: Fund-as-a-Service for launching and managing on-chain investment vehicles
  • CFO Agent: AI agents for corporate finance back-office work, where the user approves actions and the agent executes them
  • Stablecoin support: payments run on stablecoins including USDC, USDT and PayPal USD, with fiat settlement in currencies such as USD, AUD, AED and CNY

zPayments runs on rails that operate around the clock, with on-chain settlement clearing in minutes and same-day local delivery on supported corridors through licensed partners. The site lists no platform or usage fee and a single quoted rate per transfer, and mentions an expansion on Base with instant payouts in 171 countries. Vault partners named on the site include Black Opal and Superstate, and a partnership memorandum with Bakkt is announced.

According to its website, Zoth has onboarded more than 2 million wallets, sold over $250 million in yield products and processed over $500 million in total payment volume, with a 99.1% success rate cited by a customer. It lists registrations and licenses with Canada's FINTRAC as a money services business, the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority, the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission, and money transmitter licenses in 50 US states. Listed backers include Coinbase, Ripple, Chainlink, SOSV, Blockchain Founders Fund and Borderless.
