About the Company
walt.id builds infrastructure for digital identity, giving developers tools to issue credentials, embed identity wallets in apps, and verify credentials from any wallet. Its products are an Issuer, a Wallet and a Verifier, each available as SDKs and APIs. They support W3C Verifiable Credentials, SD-JWT VC and ISO/IEC 18013-5 mobile IDs, the OID4VCI and OID4VP protocols, and the Digital Credentials API.
The Community Stack is open source and hosted on GitHub, with paid support available, while the Enterprise Stack is a commercial offering aimed at regulated deployments and alignment with frameworks such as eIDAS 2. Cryptography options include ed25519, secp256k1, secp256r1 and RSA.
