About the Company
Sequence Events is a New York events agency, founded in 2011 and based at 15 W 38th Street. It handles strategy, creative direction, and production for conferences, activations, and brand experiences, with work reaching 50 cities in 15 countries across five continents. Co-founders Adam Sloyer, Lizz Torgovnick, and Dana Lowenfish lead the firm as CEO, Chief Creative Officer, and Chief Experience Officer.
Projects follow a five-stage approach: discovery, alignment, creative development, production and execution, and measurement and optimization. A framework called Launch Sequence guides the early goal-setting and audience research. The agency started with three people and grew to more than 25 event professionals by 2021, and it says its leadership team has over 75 years of combined industry experience.
- Event strategy and discovery: goal-setting, audience research, and planning frameworks
- Direction and experience design: concept development, environmental design, and experience design
- Large-scale production: multi-day conferences, global activations, and logistics
- Technical production and show management: AV, lighting, staging, and live production
- Design and multimedia: branded environments, signage, and custom scenic installations
