About the Company
Scalebay is a mobile growth agency founded in 2022 by Jean-Christophe Stienlet and Lorenzo Paccagnini, a French-Italian duo with offices in Paris and Madrid. It runs paid user acquisition and App Store Optimisation together, setting spend against what each user is worth over time, for subscription, gaming, fintech and health apps.
The agency starts from the economics of the app: target CAC, ROAS and payback are agreed first, then measurement and creative testing come before volume is scaled. iOS and Android are modeled separately and blended by user split, and attribution relies on a mobile measurement partner setup plus incrementality testing. Its user acquisition work follows six steps: audit and strategy, channel and budget planning, creative and messaging, launch and media buying, test and optimise, and measure and scale. Early signals on cost per install usually show within one to two weeks, with stable CPA and ROAS taking roughly four to eight weeks. For a few apps, Scalebay also invests alongside the client through equity or hybrid structures.
