About the Company
Orkestra is a marketing and communications agency founded in 2008, with offices in Gatineau and Montréal, Quebec. It is organised as three specialist teams, Studio, Expérience and Production, which cover brand design, events and activations, and video and photo production for public, cultural, tourism and corporate clients.
Studio handles design, brand creation and creative communication campaigns. Expérience builds events, brand activations and environment design. Production covers advertising, documentary, corporate and digital-content photo and video. On the production side, the agency pairs an in-house expert core with a team assembled for each campaign. Co-presidents Colin Laramée-Plouffe and Alex Van Dieren lead the company, alongside heads of production, creative, consulting and finance. The agency also says it has made more than ten investments in startups using its own money.
