About the Company
MEV Capital is a digital asset management and research firm focused on DeFi, with its listed office in Vilnius, Lithuania and a team operating between the UAE and Europe. It has been active in DeFi since 2020 and concentrates on market-neutral yield strategies and on-chain liquidity and risk management for institutions and crypto-native investors.
The firm offers three main routes into its strategies: a regulated fund, segregated managed accounts, and vault curation in permissionless third-party protocols. Its yield comes from liquidity provision, arbitrage, carry trading, fixed income and recursive borrowing, organized by base asset into BTC, ETH, USD and SOL strategies. Portfolios are monitored daily, and vault oversight centers on collateralization, slashing risk and approved lists of assets and protocols.
- Digital asset fund: a Luxembourg AIF for accredited investors with monthly subscriptions, redemptions and NAV reporting, a 250,000 EUR minimum, 2% management and 20% performance fees (self-reported)
- Segregated managed accounts: for allocations above $1M, with client self-custody via multisig or MPC and daily snapshots plus monthly reports
- Vault curation: money market, restaking, multi-strategy and index vaults
- Restaking: vaults on Symbiotic and EigenLayer with an in-house slashing-risk methodology
- Three-key authorization: the initiator holds one key and the client two, with any two required to transact
The fund's named service providers are Caibuo Capital as administrator, Auren Luxembourg as auditor, NAV Consulting as accountant and ForDeFi as MPC custodian, with distribution through Belem Capital. Partner logos on the site include Kraken, Avalanche, Plume, Elixir, KernelDAO, CF Benchmarks and Fordefi.
According to its website, MEV Capital manages over $400M in assets, curated vaults hold over $1.3B in TVL across 50+ vaults, and its work spans 10+ blockchains and 40+ whitelisted protocols. The team comprises three general partners and more than a dozen members across technology, operations and administration. Public dashboards are maintained on Dune and DefiLlama.
