Matti Events & Fine Food is a Sofia-based event organizer and caterer that says it has operated since 1991. It plans and delivers corporate events, galas, private dinners, diplomatic receptions and weddings, handling design, food and drink, coordination and on-site service from one team for Bulgarian and international clients.

The company runs events end to end. Its stated process begins with defining the event profile, whether business or representative, which then guides style, colors and layout. Menus follow, either classic or newly created, then venue selection matched to guest numbers, and finally execution under a master plan that assigns clear roles to everyone involved, with the budget tracked in real time. Food comes from its own HACCP-compliant kitchen, and mobile kitchen units can be set up at venues that have none. Matti uses its own Villeroy & Boch tableware and glassware.
