About the Company
Fractiond is an independent executive practice that works with foreign companies in Thailand and across APAC, and with established owner-led businesses in the region. It builds sales, marketing, client service and operations teams and supplies interim leadership where a team needs a leader, alongside team performance coaching.
Engagements come in three formats: a 4-6 week sprint, a 60-90 day team programme and monthly interim or fractional leadership. Retainer tiers are Strategic Advisor, Consultant or Coach, and Fractional Leader. According to its website, it takes on only two to three clients at a time and holds a 5/5 rating on Clutch. Contracts are issued through a US entity, Fractiond LLC, or a local partner entity for Thai agreements.
