Expo International ltd.

Expo International Ltd. is an exhibition and event contractor headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, with a workshop in Yashio, Saitama. Established in December 1984, it plans, designs, builds and runs booths, pavilions and private events for companies, agencies and government bodies in Japan, the Asia Pacific region and beyond.

The company presents its offer as one-stop support from planning through on-site execution, with proposals built around each client's goals and the product being promoted. Because it holds its own construction and interior finishing licences and runs an in-house workshop, it can handle fabrication and installation directly, and it appoints a foreman or safety and health officer to oversee construction on site. Its work types include corporate booths, national pavilions, official contracting for show organizers, and private events.

• Consulting and drafting: concept and planning for exhibitions and events
• Design and graphics production: booth design and printed graphics
• Production and construction: fabrication at its Saitama workshop and on-site building
• Administration support: paperwork and coordination with organizers
• Customized items and material rental: bespoke fixtures and rental stock

Recent projects posted on its site include SEMICON Japan 2024, Japan IT Week 2025, SCAJ 2025 and an international robot exhibition, and it also publishes a guide for companies planning a trade show in Japan. Through the OSPI member network, it states it can support exhibitors in 55 countries.
