Clearstar Labs is a Swiss risk curation firm founded in 2022 by professionals from traditional finance. Clearstar's site names NovaFusion S.A. as the legal entity behind the brand. It says it offers services to parties that bring capital or distribution, handling the underlying complexity for them, and that it works with protocol teams to fix weaknesses it identifies rather than only flagging them.
