Tracy Ho doesn’t pretend to have it all mapped out. “I’m still figuring out who I want to become,” she says, “and I think that’s part of the journey.”
What she does have is a habit: saying yes to new things before she feels fully ready for them. It carried her from four years of study that turned out to be the wrong path, to more than three years of creating content and building communities, and toward the place where technology, innovation and business meet.

QWho is Tracy Ho?
I’m naturally curious and always excited to explore new places, try new things, and learn how things work. I’ve developed a strong interest in technology, especially how it can be used to solve problems and create new experiences. At the same time, I enjoy the creative side of things through marketing and digital content. I’m someone who likes learning by doing, meeting new people, and turning new ideas into something real.
QWhat made you start? What was the actual spark?
I’ve always been drawn to new things. I love discovering new ideas, technologies, and ways of doing things, especially when they challenge the way we see the world. Technology and AI fascinate me because they are constantly evolving, and I want to keep learning and stay connected to where the world is heading.
For Tracy, the pull of technology and AI comes down to one thing: they never stop evolving.

Misunderstood, not finished
On blockchain, Tracy holds a view she says most people don’t share.
QWhat do you believe about this industry that most people don’t?
I believe blockchain is still misunderstood in Vietnam. Many people associate it mainly with cryptocurrency and speculation, so there is understandably a lot of skepticism around the industry. But I don’t think the way people see blockchain today necessarily defines what it can become tomorrow.
Technology takes time to mature, and I believe there is still a lot of potential to be discovered, especially as people begin to understand its applications beyond crypto.

Four years, not wasted
The mistake she names first is about direction, not a decision at work.
QWhat’s the biggest mistake you’ve made, and what did it teach you?
One of the biggest mistakes I’ve made was spending four years studying something that I eventually realized wasn’t what I truly wanted to pursue. At the time, I thought I was making the right choice, but along the way, I discovered that my interests and ambitions were somewhere else. It taught me that choosing a path just because it seems like the right one isn’t enough. You also need to understand yourself.
Those four years weren’t wasted, though. They helped me become more self-aware and gave me the courage to change direction and pursue something I genuinely care about.

Before she felt ready
A year ago, Tracy says, she didn’t know what she was capable of.
QWhat are you doing today that you’d have called impossible a year ago?
A year ago, I didn’t know who I was or what I was capable of. Today, I’m working on things I once thought were beyond my reach, thanks to people who gave me a chance despite my limited experience. Being trusted to try, learn, and prove myself has shown me that sometimes, an opportunity can come before you feel ready, and that’s exactly when you should take it.
